Powerful protein meals should taste like a treat. Preach. Or should we say peach? That’s why we went and packed this peachy goodness full of protein and chia seeds with this easy to make parfait recipe.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup of Bai Panama Peach
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- Yogurt
- Frozen or fresh peaches
Directions
In a jar, mix chia seeds and Panama Peach together and store in the fridge overnight, or for at least 2 hours. If using frozen peaches, let them thaw in the fridge overnight as well. In small to-go jars, add about a tablespoon of yogurt, then cover with about a tablespoon of Panama Peach chia pudding, and finally top with the sliced peaches. Continue layering until jar is full. You can store the chia pudding in a mason jar or Tupperware for up to 1 week in the fridge. Enjoy!
