Ingredients
- 3 oz Bai Puna Coconut Pineapple
- 1.5oz Rum
- .5 oz Lime juice
- Mint
- Splash of club soda
Directions
- 1. In a shaker muddle mint, add lime juice, Puna Coconut Pineapple, rum, and ice.
- 2. Shake, and pour over ice.
- 3. Top with club soda and garnish with mint.
