We’re constantly pushing the bounds of what’s possible, although lately a lot of our efforts have been going into making popsicles. That’s how we were able to perfectly fuse the flavor of a Piña Colada into a refreshing summer treat.
Ingredients:
1 cup Bai Puna Coconut Pineapple
2 cups chopped pineapple
1 cup coconut cream
1 cup white rum – optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Recipe makes 10 popsicles.
