Blueberry Sangria

Ingredients
- 5 cups Bai Brasilia Blueberry
- 1 cup Tequila
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 4 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Fresh Blueberries
- Lime Slices
Directions
- 1. Muddle frozen blueberries and lime juice in a pitcher.
- 2. Add tequila and Brasilia Blueberry. Mix.
- 3. Pour into glasses over ice and top with club soda.
- 4. Garnish with blueberries and a slice of lime.
Fruit Bruschetta
It might be a long weekend, but these fruit bruschetta bites are so delicious they’ll be gone in a flash. Easy to make, and even easier to eat, these quick make snacks are ideal for any Memorial Day get together.
Ingredients
Peach:
- First Layer on Toast: Ricotta and Honey
- Second Layer: Sliced Peaches + Prosciutto
- Third Layer: Basil + Balsamic Glaze drizzle
Blackberry:
- First Layer on Toast: Goat Cheese
- Second Layer: Blackberries + Rosemary
Strawberry:
- First Layer on Toast: Goat Cheese
- Second Layer: Strawberries
- Third Layer: Basil + Balsamic Glaze drizzle
Directions
- 1. Spread cheese on small toasts and layer with fruits, meats and herbs.
- 2. Top off with glaze if desired.
