BLUEBERRY MINT MOJITO
With a little help from your herb garden, blueberries and mojitos make a match that was mint to be.
Ingredients:
4oz Bai Brasilia Blueberry
2oz White rum
Club soda
Blueberries
Mint
Juice from half of lime
Ice
Directions:
Muddle Blueberries, mint and lime juice in a shaker. Add ice. Add 2oz white rum and 4oz Bai Brasilia Blueberry. Shake, then strain over ice. Top with club soda and garnish with more mint.
CITRUS SAGE SIPPER
We love a good sip of citrus, but when you mix it with the right booze and a botanical boost, then we’re really on the same sage of this book.
Ingredients:
4oz Bai Costa Rica Clementine
2oz Bourbon
Sage
Clementine peel
Ice
Directions:
Add a few sage leaves, bourbon and Bai Costa Rica Clementine to a shaker and muddle. Shake with ice, strain and pour over ice. Garnish with sage and a clementine peel.
GRAPEFRUIT BASIL SMASH
Once you mix up this refreshing basil-based sip you’ll be going garden to shaker for the rest of the summer.
Ingredients:
Bai Bubbles Gimbi Pink Grapefruit
2oz Gin
1oz Aperol
Basil
Grapefruit wedge
Ice
Directions:
Add a handful of basil leaves, gin and Aperol to a shaker and muddle. Shake with ice, strain and pour over ice. Top with Bai Bubbles Gimbi Pink Grapefruit and garnish with basil and a grapefruit wedge
ROSEMARY BERRY SPLASH
Shake up your cocktail game with a sprig of rosemary for perfectly fresh flavor.
Ingredients:
Bai Bubbles Bogota Blackberry Lime
2oz Vodka
Blackberries
Rosemary
Ice
Directions:
Add a handful of blackberries, vodka and few sprigs of rosemary to a shaker and muddle. Shake with ice, strain and pour over ice. Top with Bai Bubbles Bogota Blackberry Lime. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
