Summer Shaved Blueberry, Cherry and Coconut Ice

Hold on to your taste buds because this recipe is going to take you on a wild ride. This might start with a simple antioxidant-infused bottle of Bai, but when you see where it ends you won’t believe your tastebuds.

 

Summer Shaved Blueberry Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of  Bai Brasilia Blueberry
  • 10 oz of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • Handful of fresh blueberries
  • Ice

Directions

1. In a saucepan, pour Bai Brasilia Blueberry, agave, and frozen blueberries.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring often, until the consistency starts to thicken, about 20 minutes.
3. Set aside and let cool. In the meantime, crush some ice in a blender until the desired consistency.
4. Add shaved ice to a glass, top with Bai blueberry sauce, and garnish with fresh blueberries.

Serving size: 4

 

Summer Shaved Cherry Ice

Ingredients

Directions

1. In a saucepan, pour Bai Zambia Bing Cherry, agave, and frozen cherries.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring often, until the consistency starts to thicken, about 20 minutes.
3. Set aside and let cool. In the meantime, crush some ice in a blender until the desired consistency.
4. Add shaved ice to a glass, top with Bai cherry sauce, and garnish with fresh cherries.

Serving size: 4

Summer Shaved Coconut Ice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Bai Molokai Coconut
  • 13.6z oz (one can) coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • Toasted Coconut flakes
  • Ice

Directions

1. In a saucepan, pour Bai Molokai Coconut, agave, and coconut milk.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer, stirring often, until the consistency starts to thicken, about 20 minutes.
3. Set aside and let cool. In the meantime, crush some ice in a blender until the desired consistency.
4. Add shaved ice to a glass, top with Bai coconut sauce, and garnish with fresh cherries.
