Ingredients:
Yogurt:
- 1 Scoop Livewell Protein Powder
- 8oz Dairy Free Yogurt
Chia:
- 1 cup Bai Molokai Coconut
- 1 cup Fresh or Thawed Frozen Raspberries
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
Toppings:
- Choc Zero Keto Bark
- Fresh Raspberries
Directions:
Mash fresh raspberries with a fork until well mixed and add chia seeds. Pour in Bai and mix well. Let it sit overnight to absorb liquid.
Mix yogurt and protein powder.
Add yogurt and chia mixture to a parfait glass alternating each layer. Top with Keto Bark and fresh raspberries.
